Underpaid.

Pros

Fellow operators will have your back for the most part. Multiple breaks. Somewhat understanding upper management.

Cons

Schedule and pay. The pay is really low for the amount of stress and multi-tasking the job requires you to do. Work-life balance is almost non-existent at least in your first year until they finally give you weekends off. No schedule flexibility at all.

Pros

The pay was decent for an entry level position.

Cons

Interface upper management does not care about its employees, especially the dispatchers. If so, that department would provide NEW CHAIRS and EQUIPMENT to handle the job effectively. It's pretty sad when employees can never find a chair to sit in let alone phones that work. Being overworked and underpaid is a major issue in that department considering the amount of corporate accounts Interface has brought in since my time there. Turnover is a big issue in that department which affects job morale and the customer experience. There is no room for growth that is the major reason I left. Not to mention, Interface does not value culture and diversity.
