They give current employees incentives to wright good reviews fyi
Pros
Everyone was nice for the most part flexible with your scheduled time.
Cons
Pay, benefits are terrible and so expensive. It was a job. People are nice but sometimes overly nice and it comes off as fake. Forget emergency call outs seems impossible. Most offices only has one admin so if you need coverage if you are out or on vacation you will need to ask a pod to cover your tasks. Aides help as much as they can. Pay is not worth all of the work- so many meetings every week about numbers budgets and KPI’s I felt as if those worries should be discussed with management, cd’s etc and not normal employees- that’s above my pay grade. So many issues with billing etc and you are the one who needs to dig deep and resolve the issues. Overall it would be a great starter job but that’s it- turn over rate is high and keep In mind they send emails asking employees to leave good reviews etc.
