Pros
While culture is hard to maintain once an organizations gets to the size of Ivy, the individual clinics do a great job of keeping things high energy and fun. Great group of direct coworkers and peers.
Cons
Senior leadership will talk down to you as if you’re nothing. There are people in certain leadership positions that have no emotional intelligence and will be outright nasty to you on a call, in front of a group of your peers (obviously embarrassing you with full intention). The senior leadership team, specifically operations vice presidents are by far the most disrespectful and disengaged “leaders” in the company. There is no direct communication when there is an issue, but rather a conversation with those above you to which “feedback” is then given and you’re expected to cater to every need. Your voice does not matter in this company. You either get with their program, or get lost. You are just a pawn.
