      Pros

      Enjoy the people I work with and the flexibility. I have also receive many opportunities for career advancement.

      Cons

      Too much change and it's difficult to make these changes without the consultation of operations employees. I enjoy working here though.

      People that work there are great - work schedule can be relatively flexible depending on your department/superiors

      Cons

      Company stuck in the past, everything moves at a snail's pace, too much red tape to get anything done. Pay is low for the industry, and promotion rates are far behind the industry.
