      Excellent benefits! Depending on area, environment is conducive to learn. Friendly coworkers. Flexible schedule. Miracles happen.

      Cons

      Follow through is missing. Some members of upper management are uncooperative and rude to staff . Transparency is not seen. Favoritism plays a big role in advancement of career.

      - TERRIBLE administration. There are so many incompetent individuals who only reached high positions based on favoritism. - They do not care to make processes more efficient. Working in chaos is job security for some. - No ethics. Data that is reported is wrong and misleading. There is no transparency. - Very unprofessional. Some administrators talk down to, micromanage, and harass employees. They also form cliques that create hostile working environments. - No work life balance. No job flexibility.
