good base of experience nice staff great career opportunities.the students are good fun you get to learn a lot about other cultures and languages.It improves interpersonal skills

- My location had NO room for growth. - Management was downright insulting, rude, and constantly condescending. - If you need to take a personal day, you might as well start your job search because, your FIRED.

Pros

Developing a relationship with some students who were studying long term was great. I enjoyed my colleagues who had the same position as I did. It was very convenient and they understood that as a full time student, I would sometimes have to take time off at the last minute.

Cons

Management seemed very incompetent and unwilling to try and change. It was unorganized. Full time employees were rude to part time employees. It is a customer service position, so dealing with upset customers wasn't the easiest.
