Pros

If you are a protected class minority, you will thrive at this company, if you are incompetent at your job they will do the lateral shuffle and just move you to a new department. You will continue to get paid a high salary even when demoted to a lower ranking position. Rather than dealing with a problem head on & the true reality of a situation, they fear legal retaliation & do not address incompetent performers.

Cons

Some of the best of the best are gone from this company because competency is not rewarded. Who you know and what pull they have with higher ups is what us considered.

Pros

The company is Growing, and currently very profitable. If you are in the right division you can be rewarded for this growth.

Cons

The company is trying to move into a more regulated and controlled segment of the market place. The upper management is not knowledgeable or trained in this area. Thus they spend most of their time fighting change and justifying their position while trying to minimize their accountability and place blame on other departments or individuals. The company spends more time creating a façade of great quality systems while they are unwilling to actually create and maintain quality. The equipment is antiquated and the training of personnel inadequate. The number of recalls (some not known to the customer, others publicly blamed on suppliers) is an indicator of a company that is out of control with regard to quality.
