Good salary in total, subsidy for food is also given

Cons

I was told that a raise could only happen once per year, so no matter how big your contribution is that you think you deserve raise, you still need to wait for apparaisal that happen on year end

Pay was correct as far as punctual. But not translucent so only the entitled employees get the prime pay rate.

Cons

Demographics of the region brings alot of inept people into the Work Force.
