Pros

Remote Consistent pay Benefits That’s all.

Cons

- Controlled by incompetent management - Management is always changing due to layoffs - The company is bate & switch essentially - Contradicting metrics that change on a regular basis; no consistency.

Pros

Love what the company stands for - their value and mission align with my own. Also that there is a dedicated team who filters warm leads to our Sales line so no need to go out and market your own leads. The benefits are excellent! But most importantly, the environment and professional but also has a family vibe!

Cons

Working the scheduled time and not having as much flexibility as other insurance agencies may offer. So If you're used to making your own schedule, you may have to adjust to this but overall not really any cons about working with Kin.
