      Kin truly cares about its employees and values their experience. They invest a lot in everyone but especially managers. Earning potential is above market plus equity options and really strong benefits including paid parental leave.

      Cons

      Every company has their cons but with Kin they’re pretty minimal

      Currently only selling in FL and rules change often but they are transparent about the changes. The state is responsible for most of the changes
