Pros

Union for hourly employees, but the reps do nothing to help

Cons

Kroger does not care about their employees. I started many years ago when Bob Mariano was still owner, totally different company since Kroger bought it. I wish i didnt waste so many years there. I wanted to give a negative rating but this system makes you leave 1 star.

Pros

Fairly straightforward and simple with good coworkers.

Cons

Your usually understaffed and it can get you severely overworked. Overtime if they like you, med if they dont. Expect to 1
