Pros

My Nice co workers are mostly nice

Cons

Micromanagement will low ball you as much as possible will ask you to work as much as they want/need without caring about if you are sick. may start asking you thermometer reading if you tell them you have a fever and then not let you call in/ make you to come to work list of cons will carry on if i keep on writing.

CSM is good Health benefits Retirement plan if you plan on working over 5 years

Cons

Less pay Understaffed most of the times so more work Sometimes asked to bag groceries on lane when no customer needs help at self checkout even if there are many customers at Self scan at that moment
