Pros

Good sales experience, they provide weekly sales training that allows for improvement but really depends what property you are at, good place to start in sports sales

Cons

Low pay and compensation package, company doesn't care about employees, all about the call numbers only

Pros

Good start to your career; Good sales training program. It is going to be a grind, but the experience was truly worth it. Loved my GM

Cons

Long hours, boarderline with the overtime pay, still a sales telemarketing job. Pay isn't much.

Pros

I love talking to people You get to work in sports and talk sports all day Free entrance to games Good entrance to sports industry and gets you good experience

Cons

If you get a bad GM, you're screwed. I'm at a small school and sales are extremely tough because no one cares about the program and everything is overpriced. Never felt more like I'm being taken advantage of and lied to than at this job. Long hours, minimum wage pay.
