Pros

Various properties nationwide; Opportunity to move up and within the company. Strong sales culture; grand majority is telephonic. Weekly Most Valuable Practices (MVP) sales trainings (optional).

Cons

- Extremely low commission rates {5% for new season ticket and group sales, 1% for renewed season ticket sales [possibility of a renewal bonus at the end of the fiscal/calendar year (amount TBD/based on performance -- not sure how they determine the amount)]} - Difficult to maintain loyalty to the company when you have more face time with your partner athletic department.
