Pros

Culture for sure and tons of opportunities to connect with others across the country. Pay is appropriate for sports/media industry on the sales side, coordinators seem fairly stagnant on pay growth. Amazing resources to complete work with the assistance of corporate employees around the country Paid time off was fantastic as well

Cons

Pay, depending on your role

Work with Every College but segmented

Pros

Holiday schedule is a nice break, you get unlimited pto but as is usually the case there, it just means you don't have to get paid out on it and you're still beholden to the school, so not a huge benefit. If you're willing to move, there's relationships with seemingly every college in the country, but growth is segmented between the different areas. Sponsorship is the main business, but there's limited understanding of how to develop reps. More likely to get to a sponsorship sales role starting in activation than you would selling premium or development. The model is ripe to be disrupted by a more efficient company at developing reps.

Cons

It's sports so not abnormal, but pay is usually lower than industry standard.
