Great for starting role as an Interpreter

Pros

They have alot of training. They want all interpreters to continue training to highest level-L5 and possibly as a Supervisor. I think its a great place to start as an Interpreter.

Cons

They are very strict with your scheduled shift. You can't end your shift until you finish your last call even if its past your scheduled end time.

Wonderful leadership and a culture of helping people. Great opportunities for the hard workers and lots of growth potential for long term corporate goals.

Cons

It’s a lot of work. Commission is not always in your control due to other factors but you get what you put in. It’s a great company but many low cost providers are making it very difficult to be profitable.
