The call flow is good. The management staff is nice. The schedule is flexible.

Good if you want a steady job, not good for everything else

Pros

Pay is fine Remote Easy enough job you're able to slack off and still be a high performer Good people

Cons

Bonuses are revenue based. Our 2022 personnel costs were too high (as in costs relating to paying people their hourly wages as well as overtime) and as a result they cut our bonuses by 57% Raises and information regarding them are few and far between Poorly managed, especially in the middle of an ongoing movement from one business management platform to the other. Little to no movement for upward progression/promotions
