Underpaid and overworked

Pros

Hardly anything besides helping you with your vocabulary They hire from several places around the world (because they know they can exploit their work for hardly any cash)

Cons

You are constantly harassed by QA even when you do a good job because every QA has their own way of interpeting things and even if you do as a oreviuos QA said another one will tell you otherwise amd say it was wrong, you are also receiving calls back to back because they grab more clients than what they should amd since no one likes being overworked and constantly harassed it really makes you want to quit after a short while. Its obvious why they are always hiring :/ If you work outside of the US and have national holidays you can say goodbye to those, ironically they tell you to be culture broker when needed but they don't really care about your cultures or traditions
