One of our core values is continuous improvement and we are always looking for ways to ensure our interpreters feel valued and the feedback shared is put to good use. Pros

The people, mission, diversity, company culture (laid back for the most part), flexibility, and support from management. With all the craziness, they’re doing their best handling COVID-19. Very impressed.

Cons

Pay and pay increases are ok.
