Thank you for taking the time to share your experience as an interpreter at LanguageLine Solutions. We’re so glad to hear that you’ve found our training helpful and that working from home has been a good fit for you—these are both important parts of what we strive to provide for new interpreters starting their careers. We also appreciate your feedback about communication and would encourage you to join Chatter to connect, as Interpreter work is often independent by nature. We’re always working on improving our connection points and support resources across the organization. If you have additional suggestions or would like to share more about your experience, we’d love to hear from you directly. Please reach out to us at interpretercommunications@languageline.com.

Thank you for your review and for being a valued member of the LanguageLine team! We’re happy to hear that you appreciate the flexibility of working from home and the compensation during night shifts. We also understand that audio quality and communication challenges can make interpreting more difficult. Your suggestion about receiving more guidance for handling critical situations is a great one. We’re always looking for ways to support our interpreters better, and we’ll be sure to share your feedback with the appropriate teams. If you have specific examples you'd like to share, please feel free to reach out to us at InterpreterCommunications@languageline.com.
