Good paid-training provided by company.

Cons

Before beginning the training course, they promised to be very flexible with time and working hours, but once I passed and joined the team they never showef flexibility.

No pros to speak of

Cons

Pay range is falsely advertised. Only after you get to the interview stage do they tell you (and only after you ask) that the top end of the range is actually only for "returning" employees. This makes no sense as why would a returning employee be responding to a job posting targeting new workers.
