Remote work 24/7 availability Some flexibility to choose your own schedule

Cons

Salary - instead of an increase, you get a decrease in salary with no opportunity to advance and no opportunity to receive a raise EVER. No paid annual or sick leave available. 80 annual hours of UNPAID time off and usually getting time off is nearly impossible.
