Pros

Flexible schedule and great opportunity to start a translator/interpreter career.

Cons

Not too good if you are latinoamerican. The salary they pay latinoamericans is not nearly as good as it is paid in the US.

If a recruiter offers a wonderland, don't go down the rabbit hole.

Pros

You don't have to work outside in bad weather to earn some money. (Even though your hours will be manipulated, and you'll have to fight for every penny)

Cons

Besides the insultingly low pay, you have to deal with a two-headed management structure, that is confusingly vague, as well as directionless. Rules and regulations are changed weekly, sometimes in totally contradictory ways. You are expected to respect these rules without receiving any in return. If you think you want to take this job because you like to "help people", don't fool yourself. You're a number, and you are instantaneously expendable. To add insult to injury, the app you must use for communication is sketchy at best, and will make your life even more miserable. You're better off serving burgers.
