- work from home - not too closely monitor - support staff members are generally friendly

Cons

- starting to replace interpreters with AI - not appreciate loyalty of employees - minimal compensation and no benefits - no bonus, no paid time off, very bare minimum

Pros

At least theyhey pay on time

Cons

Spanish Interpreters are often poorly treated. Working here is awful and miserable. The way some representatives speak to them is UNACCEPTABLE. Most health care insurance representatives lack the training to work with interpreters effectively. Furthermore, clients you have to interpret for are very difficult and constantly interrupt the interpreter. Honestly, I did this out of necessity for a job because this company are exploitative.

Interviews are very sincere and honest

Cons

Pay is too low but worse than that is the lack of good audio quality on the calls.
