Pros

Remote work is the only pro

Cons

IT is worthless. Everyone in IT needs to be audited or fired. ITHangs up on you, blames you for faulty equipment that’s provided by the company, literally tells you they can’t fix it and you have to figure it out yourself. Management was so nice and professional at first, but after a year they start forcing you to work more overtime hours. Hours are not accommodating at all like it’s advertised. Blames you for Computer and technical issues that IT can’t seem to fix. Refuses to replace your hardware. Also makes you cover other people’s shifts but refuses you to take personal time off when you need to. Gives you ultimatums, “You gotta work this day or these hours or else..”
