Thank you for sharing your feedback about your previous experience working at LegitScript. I’m sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. Since joining the company in June of 2020 we have been very intentional in improving our operational processes, being transparent with communication, and adding a significant amount of staff to keep pace with our growth. We evaluate our total compensation and benefits often to ensure we are competitive in the market and we believe that we are. We will continue to do this as we go forward to support the growth of both our new and long-term employees.

Thank you very much for posting your review. I’m sorry you did not feel like the training was adequate for your needs. In order to provide the best possible solutions for our clients we have a very robust training program that we are constantly working on improving - and we will continue to do so based on feedback. I’m not sure exactly how to interpret the title “really into itself”, but we definitely do love our mission as a company and the work that we are doing on behalf of our amazing clients and partners.
