Pros

If you are a curious individual with a growth mindset this is the place for you! Lots of opportunities to create value, make an impact, and serve the company's strong mission. This is an employee oriented workplace with high performance expectations which brings together an amazing group of people to work with.

Cons

The nature of serving top internet and payment companies as clients is demanding and can be stressful. At times, strong employee oriented approach makes the process of addressing performance issues longer than desired.

It is great to hear that you are enjoying our flexible work environment and our generous Flexible Time Off Program, which was launched based on feedback from our employees. Inflation has been a challenge to manage for most employers, and while we provided a generous inflation increase in 2022, we will continue to evaluate the macro environmental situation to ensure we are competitive with our wages and overall benefits.

Pros

A company's mission is the most important aspect for me when deciding where to work. At LegitScript, we get to work with some of the biggest names in tech to make the internet and payments ecosystem safer. Every employee gets to hang their hat at the end of the day knowing we help protect millions of people from criminals seeking to take advantage of unsuspecting consumers online. That's what first drew me to LegitScript. Additionally, my wife is in the military so remote work was a necessity. LegitScript has a flexible work model, with a beautiful office in Portland though remote work is possible and they do a great job keeping the company connected. Despite the many layoffs in tech right now, LegitScript continues to grow and hire more people and our outlook for the future is very strong.

Cons

Strictly from a sales perspective, the sales org is fairly new and still finding it's feet. However, the company is investing heavily to beef things up and we have added tons of new tools and supports to turn the sales team into a revenue generation machine.
