Pros

Most of my time with Logic was spent with a client team, which was overall a positive team to be on

Cons

After client project end, I was informed I would be placed on the bench to find a new placement. After less than a week, I was brought into a last minute meeting and informed I was being fired. For what? I had a completely positive performance review. Logic cited 'communication issues', in which the only relevant event had been a point in which I had actually ended up requesting a disability accommodation. Throughout the exit process they refused to provide any other examples of communication issues, or why they were not discussed in my performance review. I don't know if they actually fired me over disability issues or just to keep from paying me on the bench and/or unemployment, but my recommendation to anyone and everyone is to stay far away. They will tell you they appreciate you until they yank the rug.

Pros

*The talent/people/consultants hired here are genuine and smart *Good medical/dental/vision coverage *Convenient office location *Recruiters are hard working

Cons

*Male-dominated leadership team *Tons of politics within leadership; many of the leadership team is there because of longevity, not because they are talented or good at what they do: -One person in leadership is clear bully and is very emotional -Another person in leadership convolutes processes and becomes a barrier to efficiency rather than promoting transparency and efficiency -Another person in leadership has a immature and inappropriate relationship with the CEO; making it unprofessional and uncomfortable to be around *Very one-sided relationship between management/leadership and employees; employees are expected to give everything with no compensation, rewards, growth, opportunities in return *Very little 401K match, which I understand they are working on changing/improving *A lot of fluff is said, which at first is very engaging and convincing, but when you peel back the layers, you realize it's a whole mess underneath; leadership team isn't on the same page, projects are sold with work that isn't necessarily in the company's offerings or are staff aug, and it's all completely disorganized with semi-competent people running the show/working behind the scenes

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As a fast-growing company, we recognize that several areas still need some work, but also take pride in the areas we excel at such as hiring amazing and talented people. We are glad to hear that you see this too! We strive to take recommendations from our consultants and turn them into realities – including a 360 degree feedback, a confidential program that we ask all employees to work with, where we aggregate the data and feed it back to the entire company anonymously so that we can all know what the challenges are and how we can address them. Our HR Group has an open door policy and is always looking to provide confidential environment for feedback. Additionally we have implanted a career management program, adding 401k matching, and maintaining a competitive benefits package. We also believe in a balance between work and life - believing that employees shouldn’t live to work. We do our best to provide flexibility to accommodate individual situations, including the recent revisions to our working remotely policy. Additionally, we want our consultants to achieve their career ambitions and invest in opportunities that will help them succeed. We want to be a part of our consultant’s success and continuously find ways to assist in opening those doors for them. Logic20/20 is a rapidly growing company, resulting in the need for constant change and realignment. The leadership team is driven by a clear set of objectives and does its best to communicate those initiatives and rationale behind changes and directions whenever possible. We recognize the need to be transparent, as it is one of our values, and have continually worked to increase that transparency through various communication channels and vehicles. Our leadership team is comprised of various backgrounds that help shape and grow our company in accordance with its vision, mission, and values. If you have any other feedback to share, please feel free to email HR at HR@logic2020.com.

Pros

This might be a good place to build your resume if you're inexperienced, and you end up on a good project (or projects), and you're willing to be deal with crappy benefits and PTO for a year or two. Talented coworkers and dedicated administrative staff.

Cons

-Run by a bunch of privileged white guys who are somehow managing to exploit minority-owned business incentives. Only one female in senior leadership. All senior leadership is white. Very much a good old boys club. A particularly obnoxious leader actually referred to my adult female colleague as "that girl," because despite her years of tenure, he couldn't recall her name. -Unpleasant and uncomfortable physical work environments both at Logic and at Microsoft. -Unreal attrition: 100-person company and at least 10 people left in my first month. -You are only as good as your billable hours. -Professional development opportunities are meaningless except to those with very new careers.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and concerns. To address a number of them. Logic20/20 is a certified minority owned business and certified by three separate bodies: the federal government, the state, and the NMSDC. The process to be certified is lengthy and rigorous. Logic20/20 is committed to being a diverse employer and, at the time of this response, 40% of the workforce are female (well above industry norms). Of a nine person senior leadership team, two are female and two are East Indian. The work conditions are of great importance to us. We have been growing at a rapid pace which has, in turn, grown our consultant workforce and we are actively looking for the right space and location and hope to announce something in the coming months. Career progression: every employee has a manager and career counselor, with the goal of providing support and guidance to achieve success. We empower and encourage our employees to take advantage of internal and external trainings that provide value to their career growth. As with most local consulting models, there are a number of individual contributor roles for a variety of business reasons. Consistently, over many years, more than 70% of our projects are multi person teams with defined outcomes. Our clients range from multiple fortune 500 companies, recently funded start-ups, and state and local government. Our retention rate appears consistent with industry norm. We reviewed our records and at no time, going back over the past 24 months, has there been attrition as described by the reviewer. Please feel free to contact the HR team at HR@logic2020.com with any additional feedback as we always strive to find areas where we can improve.
