Pros

LCS is a second home, and the employees are my second family! It is very much a work hard, play harder atmosphere, and is easily a Top Workplace.

Cons

The company is rapidly growing, and it's getting harder trying to get to know everyone and keep up with all the new hires.

Pros

The company is serious about working hard and producing great products. It also cares about the employees. It shows in benefits, workplace atmosphere, profit sharing and Christmas Bonuses. I feel appreciated at LCS and I know its not that way at other companies.

Cons

There is a lot of growth at the company and sometimes all the change can be hectic.
