      One of the worst HR management that I have ever seen being Unresponsive to the people when they take the interviews.

      I'm sorry that there is confusion regarding our response to candidates who have interviewed with LCS. All candidates who come to our office for an onsite interview receive a response from LCS regarding the status of their application. Often times, this response happens within one week. Since you have indicated that you are a current employee, you obviously received a response from us regarding an employment offer. If you have any other questions regarding our recruitment process I would be happy to discuss those with you in person.

      Its not a job, its a career

      Pros

      LCS has been a source of really great "firsts. This is the first place I've worked that I would describe as not just a job, but as a career. Its the first place I've worked where the CEO takes the time to individually meet with each employee, and not just the new hires, also on a rolling schedule where we eat donuts and talk. Its also the first place I've worked where the management truly sees the staff as its greatest asset.

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of to rag on is the coffee.

      Pros

      LCS is a second home, and the employees are my second family! It is very much a work hard, play harder atmosphere, and is easily a Top Workplace.

      Cons

      The company is rapidly growing, and it's getting harder trying to get to know everyone and keep up with all the new hires.
