      - Company really cares about their employees. - Hybrid schedule options available - Many opportunities for training in your own department and cross training into others. - Company prefers to promote internally, so tons of room for growth. - Large support system. You will likely have a Team Lead, Manager, Professional Development Coach, and HR to bring concerns to. - Work life balance is promoted both through the hybrid schedule but also hours of operation.

      - Pay is low compared to other companies in the industry. - Accountability is poor for under performing employees.

      The people are great and provide plenty of opportunities to move up or switch departments.

      Cons

      Can be mentally draining dealing with certain customers who call in No sick days can only use PTO
