LCS is a great place to work for a good workplace with quirky coworkers. Their culture is unmatched.

Cons

We go into the office when we could be remote. Hybrid is a nice compromise, but mandatory days in office makes planning meetings easier

The location near Fields Ertel is heavily trafficked.
