      Pros

      Office is across the street from the Giants Stadium. Friendly, creative, and fun work environment, snacks, fruit, and beverages available.

      Cons

      Happy hours have been cut down to once a month. Paid holiday schedule has decreased. Not a dog friendly working area.

      Pros

      The people are wonderful. The products are great. There are a ton of growth opportunities for those who perform and are focused.

      Cons

      There isn't as much communication coming from the top management as their used to be. The feedback loop on individual and team performance could be improved as well.

      Experienced leadership that is heavily involved, great opportunities to grow, subsidized gym membership, happy hours, realistic budgets, company is #1 in the industry, stable company that rewards hard workers, good compensation, free breakfast, fun company events, view of the ball park, . There is a reason good employees tend to stick around.

      Cons

      Half of management is on the east coast which makes meetings and project coordination a challenge
