Business Outlook
Pros
Great team, Fun work environment, cool area of town, good mgmt, good execs. Overall it was a fun place to have to wake up and drag yourself to. Product is solid.
Cons
A little too much micro-managing (I get it though). Not enough communication between sales and other parts of organization. To the sales team you were an individual, but to the rest of the company you were a number. Dealing with end users was always a chore (looking back I may have done it differently). A lot of calling, not a lot of thought.
