Great health benefits, income for aggressive sales individuals

Cons

Total lack of respect for senior employees LoppNet has lost a lot of senior staff whithin the past year and a half and continues to bleed employees each month this is mainly due to lack of career growth opportunities and advancement for continuing employees their is really nowhere to go in terms of career development beyound 2 years. Also, the sales ie revenue department is purposefully isolated from ohter LoopNet critical opperations leaving employees both uninfomred about various aspects of Looopnet and "stuck" which leads to fustrastions and frequents resignations

Happy hours, free commuter checks, subsidized gym membership, free ball game tickets, hep working space. Good work/life balance.

Cons

There are some things that can't be avoided when you are a company this size, but nothing serious enough to highlight.
