      It was like being blind folded and thrown into the sharks

      Pros

      Good pay, and health benefits. They now give you a lunch hour. You can bonus up to 14 an hour.

      Cons

      Didnt care about its employees, unwilling to work with school schedules. Very disorganized, sometimes with departments wouldnt be cooperative in working with you. You have to jump through loops (it feels like) to ensure drivers now a days.

      Very chill job. Sit down all day.

      Cons

      It's not a matter of how often things change at Fred Loya, it's a matter of how these changes are made without the moral of employees in mind. They changed the business hours all across the company and then laid off many people, because they are "reorganizing". It's because Fred Loya is a money hungry company.

      Pros

      Your co-workers are the only good thing. Because management is so horrible, it causes you to really bond with your co-workers. You learn to support each other because it is SO BAD!

      Cons

      Micro-management, rude and ignorant management. The management will harass and abuse you as an employee. They do not have any ethics or morals. They cheat the consumer and border on bad faith with injury evaluations and settlements.
