Pros

You gain experience in multiple departments because you do it all. Not only you work in the sales department but you must also learn from the Claims department. You learn how to inspect,/appraise a vehicle and write estimates. You learn to become very independent and creative because the help is little. You will also become familiar with HR forms since you are expected to collect forms and send to HR clerk in order to get processed. Pay for Managers only is great, however they play the role of 4 and get paid for one. It's a good learning experience and will build your resume. I would only recommend because of the learning experience. If you have little or no experience this is a good place to start. They make you or the break you.

Cons

-Benefits are not all that great -Vacation is hard to get approved (always based on business needs) -No Flexibility -Complicated if you call in sick -Treatment is terrible, they expect you to give you 200% without any recognition -Your efforts are not appreciated -MUST have tough skin to work for this place -If goals are not met , there is some coaching, majority is just a questionnaire "Why didn't you do this? How did this happen? questions are asked over and over especially "Why" and no matter your response it's never good enough for them. -Overworked, especially if you get paid by salary -Procedure are change in weekly basis -Salary for CSR is not competitive at all -When you do not meet your goals or make a mistake they make sure you feel like the worst person they have on board , to prevent it from happening again. -You have NO LIFE!
