Pros

The benefits are great and unlimited time off.

Cons

There has been so many people leaving at the leadership level and most of the time it is a secret. There is a huge lack of transparency and lack of appreciation for the hardworking and talented people that are leaving for better roles. In most cases, the person leaving has been instructed to not share the information. An example is the head of talent acquisition. The executive team is extremely inexperienced and unable to effectively lead an organization. This team comes across as clique-ish, unfriendly, micromanaging and hierarchical. The executive team needs to evaluate their ability to be strategic, lead a team and be motivating. That isn’t something that is happening now and it is affecting all employees.
