Pros

Incredible teams of ICs to work with. C level leadership clearly cares about employees as people and has a compelling vision. remote friendly and 100% healthcare coverage

Cons

Most toxic place I’ve ever worked. ICs are severely underpaid and the majority of mid-VP level leadership is incompetent at best and manipulative & toxic at worst. Not much critical thinking or realistic planning going on ever. Career advancement is really only available to those who find favor with VPs. Terrible internal communication and support. No one takes feedback well.

Pros

Flexible work schedule and unlimited pto

Cons

No 401k matching, the company is unorganized and career pathing/promotions are not common as a result there is a high turnover rate

Pros

The WLB here is unmatched. They truly care about ensuring you work appropriate hours and take copious amounts of PTO. When they say unlimited PTO, they mean it. The culture is great too, everyone seems to want to learn together and everyone is truly friendly and genuine. There isn't a "stupid question" here. The benefits package is great as well, once again focusing on WLB and caring for the employee. I find myself excited to go into work everyday and I'm grateful to be part of an amazing group.

Cons

I never understood the term "growing pains" until I started here, as Loyal encapsulates it perfectly. From day 1, processes have changed left and right, positions and people have been moved around, and the code base has gone through some massive changes. These are mostly good changes but the instability can be a bit unnerving at times.
