Pros
The company culture is really people-focused. It is very apparent that leadership genuinely cares about their employee's wellbeing - one holiday a month, great benefits, take what you need PTO policy, and truly flexible work hours. Leadership is also quick to respond to those that create a hostile workspace and don't reflect these values.
Cons
Loyal is growing fast and, like with any start-up, there are definitely growing pains and lots of work to do but you get the support you need to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which I honestly thought was impossible prior to joining Loyal.
