Company is well known among Texas and continues to grow. I had the opportunity to work for both Judson and Stan Holt. Honestly enjoyed both sides of Lupe Tortilla.

Cons

Honestly, both parts of the company had a few flaws. When it came to Judson's side of Lupe, all management tried to instill rules into their employees. Unfortunately, they only cared to make sure they were followed when management was upset. On Stan's side, there are a LOT of rules that have to be followed, some seem pointless. Although they were always enforced so there was at least consistency.

High PPA, sell those fajitas!. If you can deal with management it is a fine server job. Recently added medical benefits.

Cons

Managers are overbearing, don't work around schedules many times. Work you 50 hours a week if you don't specify time off.

Really good fajitas at a $10 employee discount?

Cons

I worked at two different stores, and neither had it together. Managers didn't get along and talked about each other to employees. They definitely played favorites when it came to good shifts, sections, enforcing rules, side work, large parties,... Management was sexist and borderline abusive to their employees. I've never experienced a job quite like that.
