Unorganized, unprofessional, and no respect or accountability from management.

Pros

The food is great. The pay was ok. Nothing else good to say.

Cons

Terribly understaffed due to high turnover. Turnover is high because management is unprofessional and make it a terrible place to work. Increase in responsibility without an increase in pay or so much as a thank you. Managers retaliate after you quit by holding your check for weeks. I can recall multiple occasions where my manager would stand across the room giving employees dirty looks for no good reason. Absolutely no training, I was left by myself to figure it out on my very first day. By far the worst company I've ever worked for and I'm a very tolerating employee. Everyone was looking for a new job.

Work on your "people skills" by challenging yourself to deliver top-quality customer service.

Cons

No job security, $2 an hour base pay, patrons tip low, high turnover, ridiculous and unachievable standards that change every day. The term "work smarter, not harder" is not accepted here. For example, corporate implemented a policy to not carry straws in our pockets or face a write-up. No leaving the kitchen without a tray or face a write-up. You cannot get a moderately negative review from a customer, or, of course, you'll get a write-up. All managers quit and were replaced in the few months I worked here.

Can command half the restaurant if you work enough and can handle it. Fast business, pay is good, food is good. Chefs are lovely

Cons

On feet constantly, cramped environment in certain spots makes it hard to serve, especially around the bar. Taking care of fellow servers can sometimes feel like being taken advantage of
