Pros
Competitive pay and employee benifits. Lots of opportunity to advance if you work at the corporate offices or any of the large branches. Small branches are limited unless you start at the bottom or you are willing to relocate. They tend to promote from within when possible. Many people on the upper management team worked their way up which makes them well versed in all areas of the company. Most of them are relatively easy to talk to and offer lots of knowledge and guidance.
Cons
As an inside sales representative you are paid commission on how the branch as a whole is performing. This can be very frustrating if you are meeting your sales goals but others are not. Those who work hard are brought down by underperforming employees while underperforming employees are rewarded for the work of others
