High Stress, Low Pay (unless management) in some departments

_Opportunities for advancement. _They like to hire family and friends of current employees (can be a pro and a con) _Good health insurance _Good global company looks good on resume _At least two weeks paid vacation and we have an option to "buy" another week. _You can learn a great amount about the industry and gain wonderful experience and insight

Cons

PAY Credit analysts that have college degrees (everyone with the exception of a couple) only make $13.50 an hour (before that dept moved go WV the analysts were making about 40% more, some without degrees, and the cost of living isn't much different in the state the dept was previously in.) I've seen this type of position for other companies in other parts of WV that offer more money.

Pros

Great folks and great health benefits. 401K is handled well this company is strong financially. Most middle managers are experienced. Some costumes are very professional.

Cons

Constantly reducing money incentives for employees, layoffs without regard to the employee performance, upper management is disconnected, layoffs are swift when the market turns.

Pros

Apparently a lot of pros if you work high up in corp office. Everyone else is a tool or a number at best.

Cons

Complete and total disconnect between upper management and branch employees. No loyalty to employees or customers. If your bottom line can't be measured for profitability you really don't exist to upper management. At least one too many levels of management.
