      Met with and worked with some great people Sometimes (although rarely) can get discounts to concerts or games

      Cons

      Toxic environment Most people are in a constant state of fear - layoffs and reorganizations happen frequently and without warning Silent firings all the time - huge changes happen the company’s response is “if you don’t like it then leave” No one stands up to top management (JD) so what he says always goes and he can be rash and unpredictable Terrible work life balance

      Working at The Garden

      Pros

      A great platform to positively impact the lives of those who are less fortunate then us. The Garden is a place where executives from all industries come to rub elbows. Being able to provide access to the Garden will allow you to network with people who would otherwise would never speak to you. You are also able to learn so much about what is happening outside of the sports industry.

      Cons

      Extremely political and toxic from the top down. Current management has used the iconic brands as a crutch for too long. Extremely archaic in most business practices, and the sales management team is run off of fear. Long hours, as we all say, this is a 24/7 365 day a year sports and entertainment company.
