Pros

After some painful years finally have good tech leadership in place and there is a plan. Projects are good, great people to work with a team feeling. Pay is decent but people are getting promoted, excited for first time in years here.

Cons

Upper management is unpredictable - people at the very top ego drive and don’t always listen to what we need. Company is political and will fire you on the spot if you upset the wrong executive. Afraid that all the good work going on will end because the good leaders and good people will get fed up and leave stopping all the momentum. A lot of turn over here, because the culture is bad it’s easy for other company’s to take our best people.

Pros

You work for MSG and you get a nice backpack at orientation.

Cons

They sell you this dream at orientation and from there it's all down hill. It takes 2 + weeks just to get an email approved. You sat there 8 hours a day staring at a beige wall answering phone calls from people who just wanted to complain and had nothing better to do with their time. The pay is below par where you can't survive living in NYC. Way to many politics and theor 30 , 60 and 90 day training program was non existent in my department.

Pros

Decent pay for a "sports" team

Cons

Incredibly poor and toxic management. It's an "our way or the highway" type of organization in that if you don't sell the way they want (80+ calls a day, extremely high amount of appts) they'll get rid of you as they seemingly don't care about revenue (which is probably why they took commission away from sales reps). Managers don't trust or empower their sales reps or treat them with respect
