Pros
Nice people, remote work, decent benefits
Cons
You're not selling a product (ESP), you're selling "Deliverability Services." Deliverability services is an add-on which makes up the bulk of the contract. It is just high-tier support and account management. No one in their right mind wants to pay $12,000/yr for this, yet this is what is pushed all across the sales organization. Without this add-on, your contract sizes are tiny and well below what you would sell at any other software company. During my time there, I never saw someone have a 100% attainment for the year. Even at the sales kick off event in March, the top performers were under their 100% quota. That should be telling. It's not because they are incapable, it's because the product is a simple ESP that is cheap to buy (look at every other ESP provider and their pricing) so they have to add on this 'service', which no serious business will purchase. If you're looking for a sales career to grow, this is not the place for you. The pay is under market and the quota is absolutely unattainable. Look elsewhere.
