If you do not know any better or come from a sweat shop in Singapore, Mangrove was a great place work for. Perks were few, however given nonetheless, because most employees were deserving of them. Through the tough times management delayed the tough decisions until it was inevitable. The owners do have a heart and were truly vested in the company , its success and in trying t make their employees happy which in essence is a difficult job.

Cons

If you want to be an Human Capital Management company, act as such. Set forth a idea of your ideal environment, not because you read it in the last issue of HCM companies Monthly, but because it is your vision. Then execute on it and don't change it 3 months later. A companies culture builds over time not because it is forced by implemented change.
