Nice office, pins for going above and beyond, employee lunches.

.As I read the reviews I couldn't disagree more with a lot of the information that is being provided. This company is a nice place to work at. All the managers have open door policies and you can always give your opinion on things. The company tries to boost morale with luncheons, gift cards, pins, etc. My manager keeps me in the loop of what's going on the department as well as the company. The managers even provide gifts out there on pockets to try to boost morale and we have to sit in our cubes and listen to the same people complain about the gift they received. Try showing some gratitude. I think that a lot of the reviews are coming from negative people that cause some of the problems in which they complain about. The company is an office in a corporate setting so you are expected to dress appropriately. Why get upset because you can't wear jeans to work every day. If you want to wear jeans to work don't work in an office go work at Target or Walmart where you can wear jeans with red or blue shirts. I hear so much negativity about the CEO, about the director, about the managers but it's usually from the same two or three people. When I talk to majority of my other co-workers most of us like it here. I just think if this company is that miserable to you, do us all a favor and just go work somewhere else. Maybe Mangrove is not a good fit for you. I think that would be a win-win situation because those of us that want to work here and enjoy our co-workers and managers can come to work in a peaceful environment and you that don't like it here, will also find peace somewhere else. This is the first time I have ever wrote a review on something in my life, but I just can't believe some of the stuff I have read and how it is so far from the truth
