Structure, for a big company it had very little structure. As in professional development, no clear ways to progress. On boarding is messy and confusing and left to figure it out alone. Management doesn’t help guide professional development or projects.

1. The health insurance is the worst part of the company. The $400 deductible plan was cancelled and the next level up is $1,500. It's also expensive. 2. Some of the internal departments handled stateside and oversea lack attention to detail and following direction often leading to several corrections being made and there is no discipline or addressing the issue. Sub Par work is acceptable in those departments for some reason.
